ALL DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS MUST WEAR HELMETS!!
Hill-N-Hole Rules will be pretty relaxed this year, there will only be 3 Classes: Stock, Super-Stock, Unlimited. (Based upon the MRA Hill and Hole Rules/Classes)
Unlimited Class 7
THIS IS A 2010 MRA class
1) Must be 4 wheel drive.
2) Any frame and suspension allowed.
3) Any engine, transmission combination allowed.
4) Any power adders allowed.
5) Any tire combination allowed.
6) Any fuel allowed. 7) 90 degree deflector required on anyaircraft engine
CLASS 3 (PRO STOCK)****
GENERAL
This class is intended for racers who have modified their vehicle for competition but still utilize mostly stock components. They need not be street legal, but they should appear streetable
BODY
1) Stock steel or OEM Equivalent fiberglass body (no 1 piece or race bodies)
2) Maximum Engine setback 12″ from center of balancer to center of differential
3) Firewall may be modified for engine placement but may not be replaced. Stock floor pans required, rust repair allowed
4) Some lightening allowed ***
5) Glass windshield required Lexan or wire mesh allowed for windsheild (if wire mesh or a hole is cut in Lexan, Goggles must be worn, no Safety Glasses or other supplements)
6) Bumpers and mirrors are not required
7) Driver must sit in stock location
8 ) Race seats allowed (4-point harness required with race seat)
CHASSIS
1) Unmodified OEM or replacement frame. Must retain two (2) stock cross-members (unused brackets and cross-members may be removed at discretion of builder)
2) Rear suspension must be leaf spring unless equipped otherwise from the factory. Ladder bar suspension allowed (NO 4-link, 3-link, floaters or coilover shocks allowed)
3) Any style OEM or aftermarket chain or gear drive transfer set ups allowed
4) Transmission modifications are allowed (NO TRANS_BRAKES!!!!!!)
5) Any axle allowed
6) Maximum 44” unaltered DOT tires only
7) Your motor may not sit more than 12” from the center of the differential (measuring point will be flush with the Harmonic balancer).
8 ) Front hubs will not be allowed to extend past factory grill location
ENGINE
1) No aluminum blocks
2) V-8’s in mini-trucks or mini-SUV’s do not have to perform a vacuum test
3) Maximum Engine setback 12″ from center of balancer to center of differential
4) Aluminum heads allowe
5) Single gas carb (no dominators, splits, stretched)
6) OEM fuel injection only.
7) Vacuum pumps and dry sumps are NOT allowed
8 ) Open headers allowed (including up-draft)
9) NO nitrous, Blowers, Superchargers or turbos permitted (unless factory equipped)
CLASS 1 (STREET STOCK)
THIS IS A 2010 MRA CLASS
GENERAL
This class is intended for trucks and Jeeps that are primarily street driven, have minimal modifications and are street legal. Engine, frame and body must be of same make.
IN ADDITION TO ALL GENERAL AND SAFETY RULES – THE FOLLOWING CLASS RULES WILL APPLY.
BODY
1) Stock steel body (minimal cutting allowed only for tire clearance)
2) Wheel base must be stock for frame and body.
3) Firewall cannot be cut, relocated or reshaped.
4) Must retain factory floor pan.
5) Flatbeds must meet tech approval.
6) Must retain stock glass.
7) Headlights and taillights required (non operational ok)
8 ) Front bumper required
9) Interior cannot be gutted.
10) Race seats allowed (4 point harness required with race seat)
CHASSIS
1) Full uncut OEM or OEM replacement factory frame front to rear..
2) OEM style suspensions only – Aftermarket lift kits allowed. (No removal of leaf springs allowed, No fiberglass leaf springs allowed).
3) Front and rear differentials, transmission and transfer casecan be upgraded. No final drives or Unimog axles.
4) NO trans brakes allowed. Enclosed Transfer Case allowed)
5) Fuel tank, battery and radiator must be in stock location.
6) Maximum 36″ Unaltered DOT tires only.

1) Motor must pull 17 “of vacuum at 800 RPM’s. (No Vacuum pumps allowed)
2) Big block engines in full size ¾ or 1 ton trucks only (Unless OEM)
3) No V8’s in mini trucks or mini SUV’s (Unless OEM)
4) Engine must be located in stock location.
5) No aluminum engine blocks or aluminum heads (Unless OEM)
6) Single gas carb limited to 4150 / 4160 (no Predators, Dominators, no splits, no stretched)
7) OEM fuel injection only.
8 ) Cast aluminum intake only (no tunnel rams or sheet metal intakes)
9) Headers are allowed, mufflers are required and exhaust must extend to behind the drivers seat.
10) NO nitrous, blowers or turbo permitted unless OEM equipment).

*** “Some Lightening”: Defined as the following, Floor of bed can be removed, bed sides must remain factory other than cutting for tire clearance. Bed must still utilize factory body mounts. Tailgate can be removed. Flatbeds must be approved by tech. Interior gutting can consist of replacing seat/seats with a single race seat in stock location (must still confirm to general/safety rules). Dash COVER can be removed. Doors CAN be removed/gutted to a single skin. Must still have factory radiator support. No structural layers of cab can be removed.
**** 4/6 cylinder trucks running in class 3 will be allowed unique benefits to stay competitive with the v-8 trucks. These befits will include:
1) Gutting allowed
2) Glass not required (general safety rules apply)
3) 1 power adder of choice
4) Suspension of choice
5) Trans brakes allowed
6) No cut tires must be DOT and abide by size limitations of the class you are running in
7) 4/6 cylinder trucks will however, still require the factory style motor and frame
Regular Bog Rules
Rail/Unlimited
Rails allowed (Tube frames). Any motor allowed (Jet motors, blowers, supercharger, turbos, nitrous, alcohol injection, etc. Any fuel is allowed. Any tire is allowed. Any suspension allowed. Bring it and you will race it. Must pass tech and be of safe construction. Strict safety rules will be enforced.
Outlaw
Any tire can be DOT/Cut/Paddle/Tractor/Etc. Open exhaust OK-not aimed at crowd. Motor can be placed anywhere-front or back. Must have firewall between motor and driver. Nitrous/Blowers/fuel injection/turbo/alcohol all allowed with fire suit. Driver location optional. Must have clevis or loop front and back for pull-out. Chain drives allowed. OEM frames only with modifications allowed (materials must match dimensions of OEM and pass tech safety inspection) Any suspension OK (coilovers, 4 links, etc.) Body/Axle/Motor Swaps allowed. Fiberglass body OK. Dual wheels OK. Battery and radiator can be moved but must be shielded from driver. Mandatory 4 point roll cage tied to frame. 5 Point harness required. Must meet all tech officials’ safety inspection.
Tractor Tire
Same as Outlaw except for no paddles or cut tires. No tube frame rails.
Women’s
Will follow rules from the outlaw and lower classes.
Super modified
50” and under DOT –unmodified
Can cut/gut. Fiberglass bodies ok. Open exhaust ok-not aimed toward spectators. No nitrous/blowers/fuel injection/multi-carbs, etc. Race fuel/alcohol all allowed (alcohol requires fire suit). Balancer must be within 6” of front axle. Driver location optional. Not tube frames-OEM frames only. Axle/body/motor swaps ok. Must have firewall between motor and driver. Must have clevis or loop front and back for pullout. Radiator and battery may be moved but must be shielded from the driver. Any suspension allowed.
40 Modified
40 and under modified DOT tires only. The truck or 4×4 body may be cut and gutted, but must be able to tell what OEM truck body it was from the factory. Must have a metal firewall. Can have fiberglass from clip, doors and bed sides, but must have OEM metal cab. Driver must sit in factory location. Balancer can not be behind the front axle tube, body swaps allowed, stock style suspension only. Must have Leafspring suspension on Rear Minimum. NO PRO/EXOTIC heads; NO ALUMINUM BLOCKS UNLESS OEM. no dual carbs, no nitrous, no injection. No turbos, no superchargers. Open headers are allowed (uprights allowed) may not point to the spectators. Race gas ok, fuel cells ok, no tube frames—-must use stock frame—Must have a 4-point roll cage connected to the frame. OEM Style Factory Transfer case. NO “Chain Drives”
36 Modified
Same rules as 40 Modified except Ladder bars and Coil over shocks are permitted only in addtion to factory type suspension.
Super stock class
36.5” factory stock DOT tires only. No cutting on tires. Absolutely no cutting or gutting, must be full bodied including the use of factory metal in bed or tech approved flat beds. Motor must be in stock location. No NO PRO/EXOTIC heads; NO ALUMINUM BLOCKS UNLESS OEM No nitrous alcohol, multiple carbs, blowers or turbos are allowed. Must have a full exhaust with mufflers that are a minimum of 12” long and pipes that come past the driver compartment. Fuel cells are allowed. Battery must be in stock location. Blocks or dominators. Headers are allowed. Must use factory type suspension that matches the body of the truck. Lift kits and traction lifts and traction bars are allowed. No altering of wheel base is allowed. Body swaps allowed, tire must be located under stock fender well location. Firewall and floorboard must be in stock location and made from factory materials. All interior panels, all of the dash must still be in cab. Only parts that can be removed are tops on jeeps, blazers, broncos, and others that share that same feature; this can only be done if no tools are used in the removal of the top. All lights must be present and in working order, must have all 4 brakes on both axles. Must have windshield, no lexan windows. Radiator must be in stock location. No vacuum pumps or dry sumps. Seat in factory location only. OEM Style Factory Transfer case. NO “Chain Drives” Axle upgrades are allowed.
Stock Class 36.5 and under DOT
BODY: Must retain factory interior and exterior panels. Frame must be stock with no modifications. Any type of bed allowed. Must be street able with windshield. Race seats and harnesses allowed. Must have hitch point (clevis or loop) at rear and front of vehicle (no chains). Fiberglass hood okay (no other fiberglass parts allowed).
ENGINE: No open headers. Stock OEM engine only (Must pull 17” of vacuum at 900 RPMS) No aluminum heads or intakes *(unless available for year and make/tech approved and not over the counter). Single carb (NO DOMINATORS). No aftermarket ignition (except plug wires). Battery and radiator in stock location. Electric water pumps allowed.
TRANSMISSION AND TRANSFER CASE: Factory stock only. No transbrakes. Aftermarket shifters allowed
FUEL: Gasoline or diesel only, NO additives or race fuel. NO nitrous Oxide. NO SCENTS Poly tanks and fuel cells okay and may be in bed of vehicle. Electric fuel pumps are allowed.
GENERAL: Complete brake system working. Seat belts with shoulder harness required. All drivers must wear helmets. 36.5” DOT tires only, NO cutting or trimming. 4-Wheel drive only.
Super stock class
36.5” factory stock DOT tires only. No cutting on tires. Absolutely no cutting or gutting, must be full bodied including the use of factory metal in bed or tech approved flat beds. Motor must be in stock location. Must have a full exhaust with mufflers that are a minimum of 12” long and pipes that come past the driver compartment. Fuel cells are allowed. Battery must be in stock location. Blocks or dominators. Headers are allowed. Must use factory type suspension that matches the body of the truck. Stock factory OEM sspension must be retained, no ladder bars, floaters, or coil over shocks. Lift Kits are OK. No altering of wheel base is allowed. Body swaps allowed, tire must be located under stock fender well location. Firewall and floorboard must be in stock location and made from factory materials. All interior panels, all of the dash must still be in cab. Only parts that can be removed are tops on jeeps, blazers, broncos, and others that share that same feature; this can only be done if no tools are used in the removal of the top. No nitrous alcohol, multiple carbs, blowers or turbos are allowed. All lights must be present and in working order, must have all 4 breaks on both axles. Must have windshield, no lexan windows. Radiator must be in stock location. No vacuum pumps or dry sumps factory. Seat in factory location only.
TRANSMISSION AND TRANSFER CASE: Factory stock only. No transbrakes. Aftermarket shifters allowed
FUEL: Gasoline or diesel only, NO additives or race fuel. NO nitrous Oxide. NO SCENTS Poly tanks and fuel cells okay and may be in bed of vehicle. Electric fuel pumps are allowed.
ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS
All vehicles must be teched before race begins officials. Tire size will be judged by factory dimensions displayed on side wall, excluding military and metric tires; these will be measured by length from side to side. Tech official’s ruling stands on all vehicles.
All racers will be expected to handle themselves in a professional manner, including the use of alcohol and control of vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT-RODDING while in control of racing vehicle in or around track.
All vehicles require clevises or appropriate attachment of cable for pull out. No chains or cables allowed for hook up.
It is the driver’s responsibility to remove any parts lost in the pit. Facility cannot be held responsible for damages to racing equipment in or out of the pit.
Any truck may race twice in any class, by separate drivers as long as vehicle has been teched for that class.
Any vehicle can bump up a class, but may not go down a class (example: 36.5 modified can race in 40 modified and up, but may not race super stock or down) unless otherwise teched for those classes.
These races are designed for the entertainment of both racers and spectators; therefore racers should do their best to follow all safety guidelines, to ensure the continued racing here and at all racing events.
